
Ingredients:
1 cup besan
2 tsp rice flour
1 cup finally chopped Spinach
2-3 finally chopped green chilies
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ajwain
Salt as per taste
1tsp ginger garlic paste
Oil for frying
Preparation:
1. In a big bowl add besan, rice flour, spinach, green chilies, ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder ,ajwain & salt ,add required amount of water.
2. Shape into small balls and deep fry it.
3. Serve the hot pakodas with sauce
